How’s your week going? It’s getting close to Spring and Passover arrives in just a couple weeks!

I am inviting you to a Passover-themed food preparation workshop that I’m hosting on Sunday, March 21st at 12pm PT / 3pm ET on Zoom. I would be honored to have you join us.

AGENDA

Here’s what we’ll be covering:

  • Overly-processed foods to avoid

  • Healthy foods that do not require Passover certification

  • Certain holiday food staples that you can easily make yourself (and avoid all the chemicals and preservatives)

  • Matzo, grape juice and Seder meal alternatives

Passover need not be filled with cheap carbs, low-fiber/high-sugar pastries, additive-laden foods and heavy, constipation-inducing meals. It can be enjoyed with fresh fruits and veggies, as well as many other whole and unprocessed foods that do not even require specific Passover certification. You just need to know where to shop and what questions to ask.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to feel so much better about the food that you eat on Passover. And it will be fun as well!

REGISTRATION & COST

Since it’s the first year that I am offering this workshop, it’ll be at an introductory rate of $10. I would be so thrilled to have you participate in the very first one!

👉 You can pay on PayPal or Venmo.
