Dairy Alternatives on Shavuot | May 11

“DAIRY ALTERNATIVES ON SHAVUOT”

Date: May 11th @ 9am Pacific / 12pm Eastern
Cost: $20
Payment: PayPal or Venmo
Registration: in the form below👇

Shavuot is May 17-18. One of the most well-known traditions is to eat dairy. However, what if your body cannot tolerate dairy? What if you simply prefer to avoid dairy? What if you are vegan? You should not have to feel left out of the traditions!

In this 90-minute workshop, you will experience how to replace typical processed dairy cheeses and milks with raw cheese, non-dairy or vegan alternatives.

You will learn the benefits of both raw dairy and nuts and we will, together, make three delicious recipes:

  • A vegan cheesecake (great for everybody who loves cheesecake)

  • Non-dairy ricotta crepes (great for non-vegans, those who must avoid dairy – and anybody who loves a delicious crepe)

  • A raw dairy pizza anybody would love (and an alternative for those who experience inflammation from processed dairy)

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have gained the experience and the confidence to experiment with alternatives to conventional dairy, while having tons of fun.
